Detour via museum

Visitors to Northland are being encouraged to take advantage of the Brynderwyns closure to visit New Zealand’s iconic Kauri Museum. And by doing so, they will be contributing vital funds to the life-saving Northland Rescue Helicopter service.

Kauri Museum director Jason Smith says children can tour the museum with a gold coin donation throughout the multi-week Brynderwyn closure, with all money raised being gifted to the helicopter service.
